SUMMARY:Monday Night Outing
DESCRIPTION:Due to limitations imposed by the Government in connection with Covid-19\, I am arranging two locations for our outing on Monday 10th August. \nFor members who live outside the Co. Kildare area we will travel to The South Bull Wall. There is ample car parking at the location. Stuart Bould and George Pacini will be on hand to liaise. According to the weather forecast\, the weather will cloudy with sunny spells and the odd chance of a shower or two. SUMMARY:Outing Monday 17th August
DESCRIPTION:As we are still limited in our movements in Co. Kildare \, we will again organise two locations for our Monday night outing on August 17th. \nFor members who live outside the Co. Kildare area we will travel to Blackrock Park. We will meet in the car park at Blackrock Dart Station at 8.00pm. Unfortunately the weather forecast is not looking particularly good at the moment with some rain forecast\, but it may improve over the weekend. There are some spectacular views across Dublin Bay from here and the park is always kept well. Stuart Bould will be on hand to liaise with members. He assure me he will be at the correct location this time! \nhttps://goo.gl/maps/6SrJHSzpj17gJKf39 \nMembers who are restricted to the Co. Kildare area will be travelling the Royal Canal in Maynooth. Hopefully there will be a chance to get some wild life shots along this stretch of the canal. Many of the locations in Co. Kildare are closed or restricted because of the pandemic so our options are quite limited as a number of the scenic locations do not have sufficient parking. Hopefully this will be the last Monday outing we have to split. There is ample car parking in Maynooth. Meet at Leinster Street Car Park at 8.00pm \nhttps://goo.gl/maps/9jBa33zVaqn5m2YB8

SUMMARY:Monday Night Outing 24th August
DESCRIPTION:As we are still limited in our movements in Co. Kildare \, we will again organise two locations for our Monday night outing on August 24th. \nFor members who live outside the Co. Kildare area we will travel to Grand Canal Quay. We will meet at the statue of Admiral William Brown (opposite The Ferryman Pub) at 8.00pm. Unfortunately the weather forecast is not looking particularly good at the moment. George Pacini will liaise with members as they arrive. Car parking shouldn’t be a problem as the Bord Gáis Theatre is closed at the moment. \nhttps://goo.gl/maps/3aSPYL5f6fqSyMK3A \nMembers who are restricted to the Co. Kildare area will be travelling to Arthur Guinness’s final resting place at Oughterard Graveyard just outside Celbridge.  There are some nice shots to be got here and if the sky is overcast we might get some moody black and white images. SUMMARY:Last Monday night outing of the 2020 season
DESCRIPTION:This will be our last Monday night outing for the 2020 season as the evenings are drawing in early these days. \nFor members who live outside the Co. Kildare area we will travel to Dublin city centre again. This time we will meet at the top of Grafton Street (Fusilier’s Arch) at 8.00pm. The weather is looking good for tomorrow evening and hopefully some nice images can be had. I have seen some lovely images of a deserted Grafton Street  posted lately and it might be a good opportunity to get some night shots without people. \nhttps://goo.gl/maps/MXFsewotowHqNkBr8 \nMembers who are restricted to the Co. Kildare area will be travelling to Leinster Mills\, Oberstown\, Naas\, Co. Kildare  This is an old mill on the banks of the Grand Canal. There should be some nice shots to be had along the canal. Car parking is good and hopefully the weather will play ball for us. Meet at Leinster Mills at the earlier time of 7.15pm. \nhttps://goo.gl/maps/rvDEAyXrD93mMDnF6 \n
