Success for club members at the IPF NPC Finals 2025

Saturday April 26th was a great day for CCC at the finals of the IPF National Photography Competition which were held in the Westgrove Hotel, Clane.

Multiple club members had images qualified from the regional finals some weeks ago and on Saturday theses images were judged by 3 eminent Irish Judges. CCC did exceptionally well and the following were awarded Two Gold Medals, One Bronze Medal and Two Honourable Mentions. Two of the six categories were won by CCC members, which is a great achievement in a national competition.

Congratulations all and well done to all members who had images qualified for the Finals, and especially to the members listed below whose images received awards:

  • Michael Linehan Gold Medal in Activity Category and a Bronze Medal in Macro Category
  • David Wolahan Gold Medal in People Category
  • George Pacini received an Honourable Mention in Activity Category
  • Paul Gibney received an Honourable Mention in Creative Category
