National Shield Results and Summary 2024

The National Shield was held today (9th November 2024) in The Barbican Centre in Drogheda. There were 22 clubs that entered the Mono section and 21 that entered Colour. Blarney won Mono, Catchlight won Colour, and Catchlight won overall. See the digital catalogue for the National Shield 2024 containing panels, awards and top scoring images..

We came 14th in Mono, 9th in Colour and 11th overall, which is a decent result and similar to where we placed last year.

The National Shield is for photographers who are considered non-Advanced by their clubs and by the IPF. The standard of panels on display in Drogheda demonstrate just how good these photographers are.
