THE SELECTION & GRADING GROUP
This Group is managed by the Competition Secretary and is responsible selecting members work for presentation at external club competitions. The Group is also responsible for the grading of members, both new and existing, into the appropriate competition grade. The Competition Secretary may ask new members to provide examples of their photography in order to determine their most appropriate grade.

Action Teams
The Committee has formally established a number of Action Teams to implement feasible actions and recommendations of the longer-term plan for the Club – Towards New Perspectives. Each Team is composed of volunteers and they report to the committee on their actions through a dedicated liaison member on the committee. Membership of the Action Teams will change as and when necessary and members will be encouraged to become involved wherever possible.
The Action Teams and members are as follows:-
EDUCATION & TRAINING TEAM
The Education & Training Team implements the Club’s Photography Strategy 2023-2025 and is responsible for putting together a programme of training events and workshops throughout the season to help members improve their core photographic skills.

WELCOME TEAM
The Welcome Team provides a pathway for new members, general information on CCC and photography, integrates new members in the Club and supportsnew members during their first year in the Club. The Team also has responsibility to ensure that the general needs of the wider membership are also addressed where necessary.

PROGRAMME TEAM
The Programme Team is responsible for the coordination and development of the Club programme for the year.

PR & MARKETING TEAM
The PR & Marketing Team is responsible for all aspects of the internal and external promotion and marketing of the Club. This includes outreach elements to other clubs and IPF, local groups, etc., social media, the creation of on-line galleries and so on.

COMPETENCY & DEVELOPMENT TEAM
The Competency & Development Team will examine internal and external competitions, panel selection and grading operations, promotion structure, IPF distinctions, international salons and exhibitions and suggest improvements and actions. In addition, this team will now also be responsible for supporting members towards recognition awards – IPF LIPF, AIPF, Fellowship awards and relevant international awards.

GUIDANCE & OVERVIEW TEAM
The Guidance & Overview Team monitors and tracks progress by the Action Teams and the Committee in relation to the recommendations set out in the CCC Future Perspectives document and suggests further actions where necessary.
