Successes for club members in the IPF POTY and NPOTY DSLR

Judging for the Dublin and South Leinster Regional (DSLR) round of the IPF Photographer or the Year (POTY) and Nature Photographer of the Year (NPOTY) was held in Malahide today, and we’d like to congratulate the following club members on their success in this round of the competitions:

POTY:

• Michael Cusack
  • 2^nd Place DPI Themed
  • 1^st Place DPI Themed

NPOTY:

• Tom Ormond
  • 1^st Place Colour Print Open
  • 2^nd Place DPI Natural World
• Michael Linehan
  • 2^nd Place DPI Irish Wild Birds and Wildlife

And the big prize of Nature Photographer of the Year goes to Tom Ormond.

This is the 2^nd time that Tom has won NPOTY at the DSLR round of the competition and is the 5^th year in a row that a member of Celbridge Camera Club has won the regional round of the nature competition! What a great result!
