Round 6 of our POTY will be digital only.
Note: There has been a request to upload the images to the facebook page. If you are ok for me to upload your images for the group to see, please say so when you submit your images. I will only upload the competition entries if people give their consent, and will only do this after the judge has given back the scores.
For the Novice competition there is not any change.
For Intermediate you will be submitting up to 4 images. These should be named as follows (assuming your comp number is 123):
I123_ColourPrint_<your_title>.jpg
I123_MonoPrint_<your_title>.jpg
I123_Themed_<your_title>.jpg
I123_Projected_<your_title>.jpg
For Advanced you will also be submitting up to 4 images. These should be named as follows (assuming your comp number is 123):
A123_ColourPrint_1_<your_title>.jpg
A123_ColourPrint_2_<your_title>.jpg
A123_MonoPrint_1_<your_title>.jpg
A123_MonoPrint_2_<your_title>.jpg
The Theme for Novice and Intermediate is “At the end of the day”.
Remember that images should be sized to at least 2400 pixels on the longest side, and saved as high quality jpegs.
Images should be emailed to the usual email address: cccinternalcomp@gmail.com.
The cut off is midnight April 6th.
I will acknowledge all entries. If you do not get an acknowledgement from me by Wednesday April 8th, please feel free to contact me directly (087 7611660).
I plan to send the images to the judge on Thursday April 9th. Once I send the images to the judge I will not be able to take any more entries.
Once I get the scores back from the judge, I will post them as usual on the club webiste, and will also upload images (where consent has been given) and scores to the facebook page. If the judge provides written comments, I will also upload those.
